These terms govern the use of globalventuresus.com, operated by Global Ventures US LLC ("we", "us"), a Colorado limited liability company based in Longmont, Colorado.
Booking a call
Booking a consultation call is free and creates no obligation for either side. We may reschedule or cancel a call if needed and will notify you by email and text message. You can reschedule or cancel your own call at any time using the link in your confirmation message.
SMS Terms
By ticking the SMS consent box when booking a call, you agree to receive transactional text messages about that call: a booking confirmation containing the meeting link, reminders 30 and 10 minutes before the call, and notices if the call is rescheduled or cancelled. Consent is not a condition of booking. If you are a client and give us your mobile number for billing, we may also text you a link to pay an invoice and a notice if that invoice changes.
- Message frequency: varies — typically three to four messages per booked call.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages you send or receive.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts from us.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Payments
Invoices are payable through the link we send you and are processed by Stripe. The invoice page shows the amount for services, any tip you choose to add, and a card processing fee, before you pay.
- Processing fee. Card payments carry a fee equal to our actual cost of card acceptance (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). It is disclosed on the invoice page before payment and is not charged on payments made by other means.
- Tips are optional, chosen by you, and can be set to zero.
- Refunds. If an invoice is paid twice, the duplicate charge is refunded automatically. Other refunds are handled under the written agreement for the services concerned; contact us and we will respond within two business days.
Services
Paid services are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties. Pricing shown on this site is indicative and confirmed before any work begins.
