Privacy Policy

Global Ventures US LLC ("we") collects only what you submit through the audit form: name, phone number, business niche and city — plus basic technical data (IP address, browser) for spam protection.

When you book a call we also collect your email address and the time slot you choose, so we can confirm the appointment, create the meeting link and remind you before it starts.

We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about your request and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.

SMS / text messages

We send text messages only where you have given us your mobile number for that purpose, and only about your own dealings with Global Ventures US LLC:

• Booked calls — if you tick the SMS box when booking: a confirmation with the meeting link, reminders 30 and 10 minutes before the call, and notices if it is rescheduled or cancelled.
• Invoices — if you are a client and gave us your number for billing: a link to pay an invoice, and a notice if that invoice is changed.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely by Global Ventures US LLC and our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver these messages, and are never passed to third parties for their own marketing.

Payments

Invoices are paid through Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers; Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy. We keep the invoice itself — your name, contact details, the description, amounts, tip and processing fee, and Stripe's payment reference.

Calendar

When you book a call we create a Google Calendar event with a Meet link. Your name, email and phone number are included in that event so the meeting can be created and the invitation sent.

Retention

Data is stored on our servers in the United States. Audit requests and call bookings are kept for 12 months after the last contact; invoices and payment records for 7 years, as required for tax purposes. To access, correct or delete your data, email alex@globalventuresus.com — we respond within 30 days.

If analytics are enabled, this site uses Google Analytics with standard cookies; you can block them in your browser without losing any functionality.
