GLOBAL VENTURESMarketing & Sales

Case study · Denver, CO

A Denver cleaning company booked $16,100 of work in three months.

67 jobs. And the number that matters more than the revenue: by the third month, 30% of it came from free search — traffic nobody paid for.

Ads bring jobs today. Search makes them free tomorrow.

Most agencies stop at ads. The month you pause the budget, the phone stops. We build the free channel alongside the paid one, and its share is visible month over month:

Month 1search channel didn't exist yet
0% of revenue from free search
Month 2every fifth dollar came from free traffic
19% of revenue from free search
Month 3almost every third dollar, with no extra spend
30% of revenue from free search
One number, stated precisely. The 30% is month three specifically, not an average. Across all three months free search accounted for 21.7% of revenue — $16,130 total, of which $3,497 came from unpaid traffic. We publish both because the first number flatters us and the second one is the honest baseline.

What was actually built

  • A website with online booking and card payment, with cart upsells that raised the average ticket
  • Google Ads managed against one number: cost per booked job
  • Local SEO built from zero, including the Google Business Profile
  • Automatic review requests sent the moment a job is marked complete
  • Booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, self-serve reschedule and cancellation, online tips
  • A weekly plain-numbers email to the owner

What this case does not prove

One client, one city, one trade, three months. It shows what the approach did here — it does not promise the same number for a different business. Seasonality, average ticket and how fast you answer the phone move the result more than anything we do. If your numbers won't support the spend, we say so on the first call instead of taking the money.
